Add Linux WiFi / Network Drive Setup Option

I have added a PDF file that contains information that may be useful to the 1 (maybe 2) other Linux users who use DETNSW's network. This includes information on how to connect to the WiFi and how to map the school's network drives.

I also added a tux SVG for the icon. The PDF is hosted on the IfNullTrue CDN.
